Bitrán & Asociados (BA), is a firm of consulting economists and engineers who contribute to the firm their extensive experience in the public, private and academic spheres in infrastructure markets

In BA we have not only participated in designing the rules of such markets in different countries but also our consultants have been part of many of the corporations that invest and operate in those markets
